Important Notes

1. The fee charged to Individual and HUF clients is within the maximum limit of ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client prescribed by SEBI / RAASB. The fee limit does not include statutory charges.
2. The fee limit does not apply to non-individual clients / accredited investors.
3. Fees may be charged in advance if agreed by the client, for a period not exceeding one year. In case of pre-mature termination of the services by either the client or the Research Analyst, the client shall be entitled to seek refund of proportionate fees only for the unexpired period.
4. Fees may be paid only through banking channels such as cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payment is not accepted. Clients may optionally make payments through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited.
5. A subscription is for research services only and does not provide any assurance of returns.
